Bianca Gentile Shoneman is an urban place manager with over 15 years of experience in growing city skylines and cultural amenities. When she’s not perfecting her pesto recipe, she’s been awarded millions of dollars in grants, won national awards for development campaigns, scripted zoning ordinances, facilitated design guidelines, brought potable water to a small community in rural El Salvador, and participated on various levels within the development spectrum. She joined Fayetteville’s downtown revitalization team in September of 2019, and is excited to celebrate the community and build on its unique assets!

A charitable, non-profit corporation formed in 2017, the Cool Spring Downtown District works to position Fayetteville as a vibrant center of artistic, cultural, civic, and commercial activity. The District is excited to announce recent investments th
