Bites and Bliss is a Fayetteville-based mobile catering business specializing in customizable grazing and treat experiences for events. Founded in March 2025 by best friends Jasmine Ridgway and Angela Williams, the business grew out of their shared love of charcuterie and hosting. Noticing that Fayetteville lacked a mobile charcuterie cart option, they set out to create a concept that could elevate events without the need for a full restaurant or storefront.

The founders began with a custom-built cart crafted by a Veteran friend and initially focused on charcuterie. Over time, Bites and Bliss expanded its offerings to include popcorn, cake bars, hot cocoa bars and other snack and drink concepts tailored to each client’s preferences. The emphasis is on customization and experience: guests can build their own plates, choose toppings and interact directly with Jasmine and Angela at the cart.

Bites and Bliss primarily serves private events, including weddings, higher-education functions and social gatherings such as girls’ nights, graduations and parties. Looking ahead, the owners envision multiple carts operating across North Carolina, including in the Raleigh–Triangle and Charlotte areas. They hope to have several bars running at a single event, as well as simultaneous events in different cities. Community involvement is also central to their mission; they actively seek partnerships with nonprofits, churches and other local organizations.

“We enjoy watching other people have a celebration with their family and friends or coworkers or colleagues. We really enjoy engaging with the guests…One of the things that we pride ourselves on is that every one of our customers has said they felt like we were family when we left, and we wanted that feeling, and that's the reason why we picked the graze bar, is because people can walk up, they can talk to us, we can have a conversation with them and connect with them, and we want them to feel like we're not just any other caterer that walked in and dropped off food, but to really be able to connect with people and treat people the way that they should be treated in an event that is important for them, and with less stress and more connection and more fun,” shared Ridgway.

In their first year, Ridgway and Williams have balanced entrepreneurship with careers and motherhood, approaching each event as an opportunity for growth, connection and community-building. Bites and Bliss aims to make celebrations easier, more interactive and more memorable for every host and guest.
