A new healthy food option is now available for students and staff at Robeson Community College.

An A La Carte-style refrigerated kiosk has been installed in Building 17, offering a variety of fresh and convenient selections.

According to a memo released from Robeson Community College, the addition provides quick, accessible and nutritious choices for those on the go — whether grabbing a light lunch, a snack between classes or a refreshing drink during the workday.

The kiosk features:

  • Fresh fruit
  • Salads
  • Sandwiches
  • Charcuterie options
  • Beverages
  • Healthy snacks

According to the company website, McMillan began his entrepreneurial journey as a restaurateur with Mac’s Grill & Catering in Parkton, where he transformed a historic bank building into a distinctive dining destination.

He later opened Southern Spice Fusion in St. Pauls — an art gallery-style restaurant blending food and community — and continued expanding through local markets and a partnership with Leclair’s General Store in Fayetteville.

Today, he is known for his signature Southern gourmet chicken salad and hickory-smoked pasta salad, which are sold in select retail locations. He continues to grow GMac & Co. through his A La Carte refrigerated kiosks.
